What to include

Include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, and whether the issue involves birthdays, Contacts import, Shopify gift boards, Messages prompts, visual cards, affiliate handoffs, or privacy controls.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery codes, tokens, full message transcripts, raw payment details, or private recipient contact details. If an example is necessary, redact names, birthdays, phone numbers, email addresses, merchant URLs, and message text first.

Privacy and security requests

Use the in-app export and deletion controls when available. If you cannot access them, email support from the owner address or explain which verified Messages account is affected without sending the full phone number. Confetti may ask for a privacy-safe verification step before disclosing or deleting account data.

For a suspected security issue, include the approximate time, affected feature, app version, and a description of what you observed. Do not test against another person's account, retain private data, or publish credentials. Confetti will investigate and coordinate any legally required notice with qualified counsel.

App Store review notes

Confetti is a native iPhone app with an optional Messages extension. There is no web app sign-in or browser product surface.

Messaging is owner-approved, uses opt-in and quiet-hour checks, and does not automatically contact gift recipients.
